The Chronicles Pera
The history of the pear cut can be credited to Lodewyk van Berken Berquem aka Louis van, a diamond cutter in Antwerp Flemish development, Belgium. In 1456, invented the Scaife, a polishing wheel made with olive oil and diamond dust to polish gems allowed in every facet of the best angles. The curved end of the stone should be directed to the hand and the tip should always be pointing toward the tip of fingers. This is the ideal appearance, and not only is the right way, is also the best way. With the tip down, the diamond looks elegant, sleek and stylish, and lengthens fingers. Another indicator that leads to this conclusion is the placement of the diamond secret. Coats and jackets are diamond wedding rings that "wrap" around a loner. Most coats and jackets have a curved edge that circles around one side of the gemstone. This means that the curved edge of the bulb must be placed on the edge of diamond wrap curve to fit properly.
